La-Z-Boy offers a limited lifetime warranty on the frame, springs, and mechanism of your furniture. The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use. Electrical components carry a three-year warranty, while fabrics and foams vary between one and three years.

At our Kelowna store, we also offer an extended protection program that covers against accidental damage such as rips, tears and stains. It also extends the warranty on power components to seven years and covers any labour charges that may be incurred during this time.
